*How Is It August Already?*

Looking back when I was in school, summer would last forever (or so it felt). Now as an adult, it feels like summer started yesterday. I don't get it. 
This is my favorite time of year, and I'm always sad to see it go.

your sad side

your silly side

your mad side.

I love your fingers

and toes

your ears

and nose

I love your hair and eyes,

your giggles

and cries.

I love you running

and walking,

silent

and talking.

I love you through and through...

yesterday, today, and tomorrow, too.

On Monday, we decided to pack up the kids and head to the Toronto Zoo.  It was a sunny hot day, and we had a great time. Not too busy, which was nice. 

This was Caleb and Ethan's first time going, and pretty much a new experience for B as well, seeing as she was only 14 months the last time around.
