So as a request from Steve, I needed to figure out how to make this soup from scratch this past weekend.
I headed to the grocery on a mission for sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, garlic, onions, broth and a few extras .
It was delicious, but not thick enough so I need to tweak the recipe a bit.
